1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to [nextgeninterstateremovalist], including its employees, agents, and subcontractors.
• “Customer” refers to the individual or entity engaging our services.
• “Goods” refers to all items to be moved, packed, or stored as per the agreement.
• “Services” encompasses packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking, and storage.

2. Services Provided

We offer:
• Residential and commercial removals.
• Interstate relocations (e.g.,   Sydney to Brisbane, Sydney to  Melbourne, Sydney to Perth, Sydney to Canberra).
• Packing and unpacking services.
• Short-term and long-term storage solutions.
• Furniture disassembly and reassembly.
 
Note: We are not common carriers and reserve the right to refuse service for specific items or situations.

3. Payment Terms

• Deposits: A deposit of [specify amount or percentage] is required to secure your booking.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move.
• Additional Charges: May apply for unforeseen circumstances such as delays, additional items, or access issues.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate information is provided regarding the move.
• Guarantee access to both pickup and delivery locations.
• Be present or have a representative present during the move.
• Inform us of any changes or special requirements in advance.

6. Insurance & Liability

• Standard Coverage: All moves include public liability and goods-in-transit insurance.
• Additional Coverage: Comprehensive insurance options are available upon request.
• Limitations: We are not liable for:
• Items packed by the customer.
• Inherent risks associated with certain items (e.g., electronics, glassware).
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen incidents.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be addressed through mediation before pursuing legal action.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the services are provided. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
